Support & FAQ'S

Support/FAQ

Below are some common questions we have been asked while on the job, by phone or email. Please review our FAQ's below and contact us if you do not see an answer to your question.

Why is my faucet leaking?

Over time, the seal inside faucets can become worn and become ineffective. There are several plumbing repair options when fixing a leaking faucet. Sometimes, it is possible to simply replace the worn seal. However, many people choose to replace the old faucet with a new one. In addition to aesthetic benefits, this repair prevents future problems as the other components of your old faucet continue to wear.

What is the difference between an expensive faucet and an inexpensive faucet?

Faucets are made with a wide range of materials, styles, and features. With a more expensive faucet, you can expect higher quality. For example, some are made of solid brass or chrome plated brass that are more attractive, work better, and last longer.

How can I improve the performance of my water heater?

Over time, sediment and lime deposits can collect in water heaters. This makes your water heater less effective because the burner must heat the water through the sediment, which acts as a barrier. This means that it will cost more to operate your water heater because more fuel is required to heat the water. It is recommended to regularly clean your water heater to remove the sediment.  This plumbing service will maintain its performance over time.
